Microsoft 365 is a subscription-based service for obtaining an application license. Depending on their requirements, the user must pay a subscription fee either monthly or annually. You can use the online applications that are already available with Office 365 email hosting, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access, and Publisher.

Microsoft Office 365 users are limited by: 10,000 sent email messages per day, 30 emails sent per minute and you can send attachments of up to 150MB.

If you cancel your subscription or if it expires, you can still access and download all your files by signing in to OneDrive directly using the Microsoft account you used to set up Microsoft 365. You do lose the additional storage that comes with your subscription, so you must save your files elsewhere.
