Problem

A customer was running critical SQL databases inside Docker containers. Although they wanted to protect their production environment using backup services, no automated database backup process existed. This exposed them to significant risks of data loss.

Solution

Our engineers designed a custom SQL dump automation process, configured secure storage for database backups, and integrated the process with Acronis Backup. Automated cron jobs were implemented to perform scheduled backups without manual intervention.
